I used to be atheist and highly skeptical of spirituality myself. That experience helps me support clients who are seeking a grounded path into deeper self-understanding without having to adopt any particular belief system. You never have to believe in anything that doesn't feel true to you.
I also recognize that for some people, religion or spirituality has been a source of pain. If you have experienced religious trauma, spiritual abuse, or have felt harmed by rigid beliefs, there is space for that here too. Spiritual therapy is not about convincing you to adopt a particular worldview. It is about helping you reconnect with yourself and discover what feels true and meaningful for you.
